Due to AI, a large number of programmers are likely to face unemployment in the near future, as their coding skills may no longer be needed in the short term. However, their abilities in code review and valuation could still be put to use. The P.I.V.O.T. protocol might just be the last battlefield where they can still make a meaningful contribution.
AI is likely to take over all coding tasks in the near future, but because of this, AI can no longer perform code reviews. Once AI becomes a player in the field, it can no longer act as the referee. This is not about the strength or weakness of AI's code review skills; it's a matter of separation of powers. Even if AI becomes the best engineer in the world, it still cannot review its own code. Moreover, we firmly believe that human engineers, riding on the back of AI, will always run faster than AI alone. From this perspective, while Silicon Valley programmers might lose the opportunity to write code in the future, they will never lose the opportunity to review code in our projects.
When every programmer can freely write their own open-source code and profit from it, what is the purpose of Silicon Valley companies?
